Brake Line Gravel Guards

Gravel guards (spring guards) are coiled sleeves that slip over a brake line to shield it from rocks, road debris, and abrasion. On exposed runs they're cheap insurance against a chipped coating and the rust that follows.

Where to use them

Add them anywhere a line sits in the line of fire -- along the frame rail, near the wheels, or across any run that catches gravel. They also guard against chafe where a line passes close to a bracket or another component. Slide them on as you route the line; they're far easier to fit before the ends are flared.
