🔧 Product & Fitment

Are your products compatible with my vehicle?
Many parts are universal and every product page lists detailed specs (size, flare type, thread). For vehicle-specific solutions, check our RightQuick kits or contact us with your year/make/model.
What materials do your brake lines and fittings come in?
We offer copper-nickel (NiCopp®), stainless steel, PVF-coated/galvanized steel, and rubber (where applicable). NiCopp® is easy to bend/flare and highly corrosion-resistant; stainless offers maximum durability; PVF-coated steel is an OE-style, budget-friendly option.
Do you offer complete brake line kits?
Yes—vehicle-specific and universal kits are available. RightQuick products bundle tubing, fittings, and (on select kits) tools to make installation easier.
What brake line size and flare type do I need?
Most North American vehicles use 3/16" (4.75 mm) line; some circuits or trucks use 1/4". Common flare styles are SAE Double/Inverted (45°) and ISO/Bubble (DIN). Match replacement line, fittings, and your flaring tool to the vehicle’s original spec.
Are your lines/fittings DOT compliant?
Our hard lines and fittings meet or exceed SAE/DOT specifications when installed and flared correctly.

Do you provide installation instructions?
Yes—many products include guides, and we’re expanding how-tos in the Knowledge Garage. If you don’t see what you need, contact us.
What tools do I need for a leak-free install?
A quality tubing cutter, deburring tool, proper flaring tool (SAE or ISO), and a bender. Deburr and square the cut, use the correct die/depth, torque to spec, then pressure-bleed and check for leaks before driving.
Can I talk to someone about a custom solution?
Absolutely—email hello@4lifetimelines.com or use our contact form with your specs (year/make/model/VIN if available, line size, flare type, thread).

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll try to help. Once shipped, we can assist with a return or exchange per our policy.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?
We ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET typically ship the same day; orders after the cutoff ship the next business day. You’ll receive tracking once fulfilled.
How long does shipping take?
Standard U.S. shipping is typically 3–5 business days after shipment. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. For special requests, email hello@4lifetimelines.com.
My package shows delivered but I can’t find it—what now?
Check with household members/neighbors, parcel lockers, and alternate entrances. If still missing after 24 hours, contact us and the carrier to start a trace.

🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted on most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Some items (e.g., custom-cut line) aren’t returnable unless defective. Please request an RMA before sending anything back. See our Returns page for details.
What if I received the wrong item or it arrived damaged?
Email hello@4lifetimelines.com with your order number and photos—we’ll make it right.

🛡️ 4Lifetime Limited Lifetime Warranty & Registration

What warranty do 4Lifetime products include?
Most 4Lifetime brake line tubing, fittings, and kits are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. Coverage applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Consumables, wearable items, and misuse-related damage are excluded.
How do I register my warranty?
Registering helps us verify eligibility quickly if you ever need support.

If you purchased on 4LifetimeLines.com: Your warranty is automatically registered—please keep your order confirmation.
If you purchased elsewhere (Amazon, eBay, distributor, shop): Submit your order to register by either:
• Completing our Warranty Registration form (order number, purchase date, product/SKU, and contact info), or
• Emailing hello@4lifetimelines.com with seller/marketplace, order number, purchase date, and product/SKU.
We’ll confirm your registration by email.
What counts as “normal use” under the warranty?
Installation and operation consistent with OEM specifications, using the correct line size, flare type, fittings, torque, and compatible brake fluid; no racing/competition use; no alterations, kinks, crushing, or chemical damage; and adherence to regular inspection/maintenance.
How do I start a warranty claim?
Email hello@4lifetimelines.com with your order number, photos/video of the issue (close-up and installed view), and a brief description. We’ll guide troubleshooting and—if approved—issue an RMA with return instructions (if a return is needed).
What is the remedy under this warranty?
At our discretion we will repair, replace, or refund the defective product’s purchase price. Replacement may be with a new or functionally equivalent item. Shipping methods for approved remedies are determined by 4Lifetime.
What isn’t covered?
Improper installation (wrong flare type/size, cross-threading, over/under-torque), contamination; damage from accidents, abrasion, kinks, corrosion from incompatible chemicals/fluids, modifications, or racing/competition use; normal wear/cosmetic damage; and any labor/diagnostic/downtime/rental/transport or other incidental/consequential costs.
Is the warranty transferable? Do I need proof of purchase?
The warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Keep your order confirmation or invoice. For marketplace/distributor purchases, please register your order as described above.
