Professional Hydraulic Tube Flaring Kit

Deliver professional-grade flares on brake, fuel, transmission, and hydraulic lines without the guesswork. At its heart is a heavy-duty hydraulic ram that generates up to 10 tons of force, so you can form perfect SAE-compliant inverted and bubble flares in seconds. The universal head accepts five die sizes (3/16″, ¼″, 5/16″, 3/8″ and ½″) plus the included GM transmission-cooling adapters, so it handles everything from copper-nickel brake tubing to OEM-steel lines. You’ll also get a quick-release cutter, a deburring reamer, a T-handle for manual flaring, and a rugged carry case to keep every piece organized. Built from hardened alloy steel and backed by our lifetime warranty, this kit is engineered to stand up to daily shop use and weekend-wrenching alike.

While the Mastercool 72485 focuses primarily on transmission-cooling lines (3/8″ & ½″) and delivers inverted flares only, the 4Lifetime set goes further:

    Works great

    Very fast shipping and a really great price. So far I’ve used it to double flare 3/8” steel tubing but I got it mostly to do push connect fittings. The tool works great and it’s easy to use. I have done four 3/8” steel connect ends with no problems.

    Hydraulic tube flaring tool

    It’s a pretty good value pretty easy to use makes adequate flares, especially the bubble flares, which I do not care for I prefer the double inverted 45° flare⚠️️
