A Small Part With a Big Job

Copper sealing washers sit on either side of a banjo fitting where the banjo bolt clamps it against a caliper or master cylinder port. As the bolt is torqued, the soft copper deforms slightly to conform to both mating surfaces and create a leak-free hydraulic seal.
