1/4" × 125" Copper-Nickel Brake Line – Pre-Flared, Ready to Install

Upgrade from rust-prone steel to a copper nickel brake line that bends effortlessly by hand yet stands strong against salt, moisture and harsh road chemicals. This RightQuick tube is 1/4 inch in diameter and 125 inches long, shipped double-flared with the two most common domestic fittings—7/16-24 on one end and 1/2-20 on the other—already threaded in place, so what used to be a specialty-tool chore becomes a simple cut-to-fit swap.

Drawn from a 90-10 CuNi alloy, the line pairs copper’s natural flexibility with nickel’s exceptional corrosion resistance and rapid heat dissipation. It exceeds SAE J1047 and FMVSS 106 burst-pressure and whip standards, delivering OEM-grade safety whether you are daily-driving, towing or finishing a custom build.

The 125-inch length bridges master-to-ABS modules, frame-to-axle runs or long custom plumbing jobs with room to trim for a perfect fit. Slide the nut back, deburr the cut and torque to spec—no expensive flaring kit required. Copper nickel bends up to sixty-five percent easier than steel, turning tight chassis curves into a straightforward one-person task and eliminating the risk of kinks that can plague harder materials.

Nickel in the alloy blocks galvanic reactions with stainless or aluminum components, guarding every union against hidden corrosion and seized fittings at future service intervals.
